  These are my 2 local favourites in my home town Paeroa :-

  The Refinary - It used to be a factory,

  

  turned then to a antique shop,& now a cafe & b&b homestay.

  I've been to this one also but a few years back now though:-

  Olive Cafe - Wellington

  They had this guy playing live music,very tranquil & relaxed atmosphere,food was awesome same with the service..
